Do you offer coverage for loss or damage?

Yes, and if we package and ship your items, declared value coverage is available that covers for both loss and damage. Our claims ratio is less than 1%. Many carriers will deny coverage if your shipment is deemed improperly packed - make sure this doesn't happen to you, bring it to us to pack.

Will you pick up my items for shipping?

Yes. We will arrange pick up from any location.

I have to ship hundreds of products each day. Can you help me with fulfillment?

Absolutely. This is just the type of work that we can handle professionally and affordably. We'll do this so you can focus on your business.

My office is relocating, can you help us make the move?

If it's an in-town move we'll coordinate it all. If it's an out-of-town move, we will package, crate and ship everything--from your computers to your desks and conference tables.

I like to sell my "treasures" on internet auction sites. Can you provide me with an estimate for packaging and shipping my goods?

I'm moving across town, how many boxes will I need to pack up my house?

We can provide you with a box selection guide to ensure a quick and easy move. We've also got tape, labels, foam wrap, bubble wrap and the greatest moving tool of all--the tape gun!

Why would I want a private mailbox rental?

Convenience! Privacy! Security! A physical address with private mailbox number. If you run a small business out of the home this is a must have. We will accept package delivery, overnight letters, CODs and registered mail (All items that a PO Box will not!). Private mailbox rental is the best way to ensure privacy! If you receive checks or important documents by mail and you travel from time to time or are at your vacation home for the summer, we even forward the stuff you want to wherever you are! A private mailbox is a must have if you work out of your home.
